Mark your calendars for the 106th edition of the Bi-Mart Deschutes County Fair and Rodeo, taking place from July 29 to August 2, 2026. The 2025 event was an incredible success, attracting over 170,000 visitors across five days. On average, attendees spent more than 4.2 hours enjoying the Fair. The rodeo welcomed over 30,000 visitors, with each person spending around 2 hours watching the events or participating in auctions. The Concert Series continued to shine, drawing larger crowds than in previous years, making it the highlight of all four nights.

Fair Ticket Partnership
$8,500
This presents a distinctive and exceptional chance to have your logo featured on the back of every ticket, both in-person and online. With over 100,000 tickets sold each year, your logo or coupon can be prominently displayed on the reverse of every single ticket. Please note, this opportunity is limited to only two partners.
Large Activation Display

This partnership offers a spacious, unmanned booth located on the grass at the Fairgrounds. It's perfect for showcasing your tractors, side-by-sides, motorcycles, trucks, cars, and more. This is an excellent opportunity to highlight your work or promote what you might be selling.
Small Activation Display

This is similar to the Large Activations, but in a more compact space. This partnership provides a smaller, unmanned booth situated on the grass at the Fairgrounds. Featured Attraction

Over the years, our Fair has featured a variety of exciting attractions, including sharks, sea lions, trampoline gymnasts, high dive stunt performers, dog shows, bird shows, and much more. This is your chance to showcase your brand by sponsoring a show during the Fair!
Food Court and Beer Garden

We offer diverse areas for food, beer, and entertainment! This is an excellent opportunity to promote your business with feather flags designed and produced by us. These flags will mark the entrances to these various locations, providing fantastic advertising for your brand.

The Official Fair Guide
We handle the printing of our complete Fair guide in-house. Currently, our pricing is as follows: full-page ads are available for $1,000, while half-page ads are priced at $500. If you need design assistance, we can create your ad for an extra $150. Please note that these ads are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. If you're interested in reserving your spot for the upcoming issue, kindly let us know, as the deadline is the first week of June.
