Fair and Expo Partnership Opportunities
Many regions are currently under multi-year contracts; however, we have waiting lists for all services. Additionally, there are several areas still available.
Building Sponsor
We are rebranding our facilities to be known as "Pavilions" and "Barns." Each building will proudly display the name of your business along with your logo and all printed materials. Attached, you'll find an example of our new Coastal Pavilion.
The pricing varies for each building, which includes sign printing and installation. Please note that there is no 1-year option available. The design must comply with DCFE Standards.

Motorsports and Rodeo Arena
We are offering a chance to sponsor the Motorsports and Rodeo Arena for either a three-year or five-year term. The pricing varies for each building, which includes sign printing and installation. Please note that there is no 1-year option available. The design must comply with DCFE Standards. We are eager about the potential to collaborate and showcase your business at one of Oregon's premier event centers.
First Interstate Bank Lit Signs
Vibrant signs are displayed on both sides of the arena and are illuminated for every event hosted at the FIB Events Center, providing strong visibility during events and performances throughout the year. Sign printing and installation are included, and sponsorships are available with 1-year, 3-year, or 5-year terms. All designs must comply with DCFE signage standards.
Lamp Pole Signs
Lamp pole signs are displayed for 95% of all events at the Deschutes County Fair & Expo Center. While one event installs their own lamp pole signage, all other events, including the Deschutes County Fair & Rodeo and Expo events, keep the signs in place throughout the year, providing consistent visibility to thousands of visitors. Lamp pole signage includes professional sign printing and installation and is available with 1-year, 3-year, or 5-year sponsorship terms, allowing partners to choose the level of long-term exposure that best fits their marketing goals.

Deschutes County Fair and Rodeo
Mark your calendars for the 106th edition of the Bi-Mart Deschutes County Fair and Rodeo, taking place from July 29 to August 2, 2026. The 2025 event was an incredible success, attracting over 170,000 visitors across five days. On average, attendees spent more than 4.2 hours enjoying the Fair. The rodeo welcomed over 30,000 visitors, with each person spending around 2 hours watching the events or participating in auctions. The Concert Series continued to shine, drawing larger crowds than in previous years, making it the highlight of all four nights.
