We offer a range of partnership options, including year-round ground packages and event-specific packages for the exciting annual Deschutes County Fair and Rodeo. Fair and Expo Partnership Opportunities
Many regions are currently under multi-year contracts; however, we have waiting lists for all services. Additionally, there are several areas still available.
Building Sponsor
Starting at $9,500 per year
We are rebranding our facilities to be known as "Pavilions" and "Barns." Each building will proudly display the name of your business along with your logo and all printed materials. Attached, you'll find an example of our new Coastal Pavilion.
The pricing varies for each building, which includes sign printing and installation. For a 3-year commitment, the cost is $10,000 per year, while a 5-year commitment is $9,500 per year. Please note that there is no 1-year option available. Included in these prices are the signage on the building, installation costs, and the requirement that the design complies with DCFE Standards.

Motorsports and Rodeo Arena
Starting at $9000 per year
We are offering a chance to sponsor the Motorsports and Rodeo Arena for either a three-year or five-year term. A 3-year commitment costs $9,500 annually, while a 5-year commitment costs $9,000 annually. Please note that a one-year option is not available. These rates include signage on the building, installation costs, and compliance with DCFE standards for design. We are eager about the potential to collaborate and showcase your business at one of Oregon's premier event centers.
First Interstate Bank Lit Signs
Starting at $4,500 per year
Vibrant signs are displayed on both sides of the arena and are illuminated for every event hosted at the FIB Events Center. The pricing options for these signs, with sign printing and installation included, are as follows: a 1-year commitment is $5,000, a 3-year commitment is $4,800 per year, and a 5-year commitment is $4,500 per year.
Lamp Pole Signs
Starting at $1,700
Lamp pole signs are displayed for 95% of all events. While one event installs their own lamp pole signs, all other events, including the Deschutes County Fair and Expo, keep them up. The pricing for these signs, which includes sign printing and installation, is as follows: A one-year commitment costs $3,500, a three-year commitment is $2,000 per year, and a five-year commitment is $1,700 per year.

Digital Marketing is a fantastic way to promote your business online. We provide several effective strategies to showcase your company. In addition to our websites, which attract hundreds of thousands of visitors each year, we can also enhance your business's visibility across our social media platforms.
Deschutes County Fair and Rodeo
Mark your calendars for the 106th edition of the Bi-Mart Deschutes County Fair and Rodeo, taking place from July 29 to August 2, 2026. The 2025 event was an incredible success, attracting over 170,000 visitors across five days. On average, attendees spent more than 4.2 hours enjoying the Fair. The rodeo welcomed over 30,000 visitors, with each person spending around 2 hours watching the events or participating in auctions. The Concert Series continued to shine, drawing larger crowds than in previous years, making it the highlight of all four nights.
